How does the licensing work?
We only charge for the service and support your license is issues FREE and we charge on a monthly basis for the service and support of this license.

Can I move from one network to another?
Absolutely we are completely network independent but please always check with us for the best deal first.

If I break my PDA can I load this onto another quickly?
Of course you would need to request an unlock code which you can do by ringing our helpline

If I choose the hosted service first can I move to a full blown back end eventually?
Yes and the cost are simply added you won’t pay twice.

I only want a very simple service can I choose the bits I think I need?
With every supply we always create a requirements document and agree what’s needed. The solution is fully modular and therefore you only pay for the bits you need.
