Harbinger's solution for the removal business.

Drivers sign on to the Harbinger PDA system and are immediately asked to initiate a standard vehicle check, improving driver safety and checking vehicles are looked after. The system then navigates the driver to the first job. On arrival the driver is shown the items that need to be delivered or collected. Jobs can be modified if necessary for instance, if a customer requests a change on collection.

The customer is provided with a response questionnaire to confirm safe delivery of their requested items. Integrated via an open API into the client's in-house database or a system can be developed according to customer requirements.
